James Wood, a Senior Consultant at ZWEI Wealth Experts, offers tailored wealth management solutions to private and semi-institutional investors by providing them with genuine, transparent and independent purpose – consulting without any conflict of interests. He is the founder of Arkwood Consulting Sàrl which is part of the ZWEI Wealth Experts network. After spending 15 years in institutional private banking, James believes what truly drives the bottom line for investors is not the traditional private banking wealth management setup. It is how well a new different ecosystem can be devised which weighs in favor of the investors by delivering a structured personal approach that is profitable for them. The experience James has acquired as a consultant since leaving the sector has honed his true belief that the future for an investor is to regain his own control over his wealth in this new world of wealth guidance. In 2000, James Wood began his financial career in the UBS Junior Key People Program and subsequently worked for UBS AG, Geneva, as a relationship manager for international clients attaining the rank of Executive Director. He was nominated to the “Circle of Excellence Award” for his ongoing commitments. He studied Economics at Fribourg University, CH and successfully completed the UBS Wealth Management Diploma in Switzerland as well as the UBS Investment Bank Foundation Module in London.
